in my role as a minister of the gospel, i am called upon from time to time to help a family during a death in the family...
today i have been doing that... i invested some time listening to a family who has lost a loved one...
they described thier loved one and told stories of thier relationship...
i am humbled by this question: what will my loved ones say when i am gone?
the ramifications of this question speak to how i invest my life in people now... we should all slow down, and ask ourselves: (not to get great kudos then [or now] but to evaluate our life calling NOW)
What could/would they say when i am gone?
this thought drove me to some scripture that should challenge us all... 2 Cor 5
